Telephone Surveys
Telephone surveys are an excellent way to collect a large number of responses from either a targeted group or a random sample of a specific region. QuanTech uses a customized Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing system programmed by our own staff to meet the individual needs of our clients and provide quality response data. QuanTech's call center is managed by expert staff that oversee experienced staff. Our call center includes full-time and seasonal staff allowing our call center to grow depending on the demands of our clients. QuanTech also employs bilingual telephone interviewers for projects that require interviewing in Spanish.
